论焦循易学中的经权观

【摘要】：焦循在易学研究中发挥了汉儒"反经合道为权"的观点。他认为,作为现实道德生活中的一般性准则的"经"是可以自觉进行调整和修正以符合"道"的要求的。"权"的直接目的是"趋时",一方面是对"经"本身通过变通而"反复其道",另一方面,在道德实践之中,要勇于冲破相习成风的准则的约束。焦循的经权观对于处理准则的普遍性和情境的特殊性,以及约定俗成的制度或准则同终极的道义要求之间的矛盾,都具有积极的启发意义。
[Abstract]:In the study of the Book of changes, Jiao Ruo gave play to the view of the Han Confucianism that "opposing the classics is the right". In his view, As a general criterion in real moral life, "Jing" can be consciously adjusted and amended to meet the requirements of "Tao". The direct purpose of "right" is to "move towards time". On the one hand, it is to adopt adaptation to the "Jing" itself. On the other hand, In the practice of morality, we should be brave to break through the constraints of the rules of habit. Jiao's view of economic power is contradictory to the universality and the particularity of the situation in dealing with the norms, as well as the contradiction between the established institutions or norms and the ultimate moral requirements. All have positive enlightening significance.
