实现“公意”之路——论卢梭自然教育的政治哲学意涵

【摘要】：实现一个由"公意"统治的社会是卢梭的政治理想,但实现这一理想的难题在于如何消解个体意志与"公意"之间的矛盾和冲突。卢梭希望以自然教育的方式培养公民的优良品格,使人们对"公意"的认同和服从转化为内在的道德义务,最终实现个体自由与公共善之间的平衡。就此而言,卢梭更像一位古典政治哲学家,他对政治的思考并没有局限于政治制度的设计与操作上的"有效性",而是从更深层次上思考一种政治制度建立的人性基础,并希望以教育的方式培养新人、塑造新人来改变现实的政治。
[Abstract]:It is Rousseau's political ideal to realize a society governed by "public will", but the difficulty of realizing this ideal lies in how to resolve the contradiction and conflict between individual will and "common will".Rousseau hopes to cultivate the good character of the citizen by the way of natural education, so that people's approval and obedience to the "common will" can be transformed into the internal moral obligation, and finally realize the balance between individual freedom and public good.In this regard, Rousseau is more like a classical political philosopher. His thinking about politics is not limited to the "validity" of the design and operation of political system, but rather he thinks about the human basis of the establishment of a political system from a deeper level.And hope to educate new people, shape new people to change the reality of politics.
