严复文化资本的积累和初始流通

【摘要】：私塾的童蒙养正和学术根柢,船政学堂的中西知识基础,留英的科学系统积累,西方社会的实地考察,构成严复的初始文化资本,并同时塑造其惯习;熟读精思经史子集,研机综微八股制义,使其汉语语言能力臻于上乘,严复的文化资本至此完成积累。甲午海战凸显国家危殆,继而威胁严复的宦途和职业生涯,从而促使他以文化资本为基础,思考国家和个人的生存和发展方向,导致其人生轨迹发生转向,翻译《天演论》,对社会再生产产生即时和持久影响,使其成为中华启蒙第一人。应用布迪厄的文化资本积累和社会生产理论,可以揭示严复这些文化实践的必然性和内在本质。
[Abstract]:The foundation of the private school, the knowledge base between China and the West, the accumulation of science system in Britain, and the field investigation of western society constitute the initial cultural capital of Yan Fu and at the same time mold its habit. By studying the meaning of stereotyped writing, Yan Fu's cultural capital has been accumulated. The Sino-Japanese naval war highlighted the danger of the country, and then threatened Yan Fu's official career and career, thus prompting him to think about the survival and development direction of the country and individuals on the basis of cultural capital, which led to the turning of his life path. The translation of the Theory of Heaven had an immediate and lasting impact on social reproduction, making it the first person to become the first person to enlighten China. Applying Bourdieu's theory of cultural capital accumulation and social production can reveal the inevitability and intrinsic essence of Yan Fu's cultural practice.
