韩非“人情论”新探

【摘要】:韩非所言之"人情"即人真实的情态,集中体现于人趋利避害的本能反应,但韩非所聚焦的这一"人情"只是这种"情态"中的本能部分,他有意无视"人之为人"的根本"人情"。这是韩非对先秦性情论"窄化"和"修正"的结果。韩非人情论贯穿着一条主线,即对所有臣民实施"因人情"而治,其根本目的在于满足君本能的"人情"。在韩非那里,"因人情"和"逆人情"实为一事之两面,因循的只是趋利避害的本能人情,悖逆的则是"人之为人"的根本人情。于是在韩非思想系统中所有的人皆追逐于"物",精神生活被摈除于人之"心"。韩非"因人情"而治的治国方略切中的只是战国时代国君最为关注的问题,并未切中战国时代的"真正问题",即最广大民众生存和生活如何可能的问题。
[Abstract]:The "human feelings" mentioned by Han Fei, that is, the real modality of human beings, are mainly reflected in the instinctive reactions of people seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages. However, the "human feelings" focused on by Han Fei are only the instinctive part of this kind of "modality". He deliberately ignored the fundamental "human feelings" of being human. This is Han Fei to pre-Qin temperament theory "narrow" and "revise" the result. Han Fei's theory of human feelings runs through a main line, that is, to govern all subjects on the basis of human feelings, the fundamental purpose of which is to satisfy the "human feelings" of the emperor's instinct. In Han Fei's view, "because of human feelings" and "against human feelings" are two sides of the same thing. Therefore, in Han Fei's ideological system, all people pursue "things", and the spiritual life is excluded from people's "hearts." Han Fei's strategy of governing the country because of human feelings is only the most concerned issue of the emperor in the warring States period, but not the "real problem" of the warring States period, that is, how to survive and live the life of the vast majority of the people.
