技术民主化的困难与陷阱剖析——兼评芬伯格技术民主化理念

【摘要】：技术是塑造现代社会面貌的强大力量,如何规范和引导技术的健康发展,是当今人类面临的重大挑战之一。技术民主化是民主精神在技术领域的拓展与贯彻。虽然技术民主化有助于抑制技术霸权以及滥用技术,但它却不是万能的,而是有条件的、相对的和有缺陷的。在现时代,推进技术民主化既面临着诸多现实困难,也潜伏着一系列陷阱。只有在技术科学化、生态化、人性化、艺术化等多条路径的协同推进中,在法律、道德、宗教、教育等多元文化力量的共同规约下,才可能达到现代技术的善治。
[Abstract]:Technology is a powerful force in shaping the appearance of modern society. How to standardize and guide the healthy development of technology is one of the major challenges facing mankind today. The democratization of technology is the expansion and implementation of democratic spirit in the field of technology. Although democratization of technology helps to suppress technological hegemony and abuse of technology, it is not omnipotent, but conditional, relative and flawed. In the present era, promoting the democratization of technology is facing many practical difficulties, but also a series of pitfalls. Only in the coordinated advancement of scientific, ecological, humanized and artistic technology, and under the common rules of multi-cultural forces such as law, morality, religion, education and so on, can the good governance of modern technology be achieved.
