“文明互鉴论”的科学内涵、理论价值和实践意义

【摘要】：人类文明的交往、交流与互鉴是推动人类文明进步与世界和平发展的重要动力,更是人类文明进步的客观规律、发展趋势和本质要求。文明互鉴论作为一种新的文明关系理论在本质上是以马克思历史唯物主义,特别是马克思的世界历史理论为指导,以不同文明之间的和谐共存、和平共处、共同发展、共同进步为旨归,站在新的历史起点上,对不同文明之间内在的辩证关系及其实现路径的理论建构。可以说,正是以马克思历史唯物主义,特别是马克思的世界历史理论为指导,习近平总书记不仅从历史与现实的结合上深刻揭示了文明的本质和不同文明之间的相互关系,而且从社会基本矛盾运动及其规律的层面上深刻揭示了文明互鉴的历史必然性和现实可能性及其路径与方法;不仅充分体现了合规律性与合目的性的高度统一,而且为人类文明的发展与进步指明了前进的方向。其不仅具有重要的理论学术价值,而且具有重要的实践意义。如果说其理论价值集中体现在对马克思历史唯物主义科学文明观的继承、丰富和发展,对以文明冲突论为代表的文明关系理论的回应和超越两个方面的话,那么,其实践意义则主要体现在形塑正确文明观、维护人类文明多样性和应对人类文明进步新挑战三个方面。
[Abstract]:The communication, exchange and mutual learning of human civilization are the important motive force to promote the progress of human civilization and the peaceful development of the world, as well as the objective law, development trend and essential requirement of the progress of human civilization. As a new theory of civilization relations, the theory of mutual learning of civilization is essentially guided by Marx's historical materialism, especially Marx's theory of world history, and is based on the harmonious coexistence, peaceful coexistence, and common development of different civilizations. Based on the new historical starting point, the internal dialectical relationship between different civilizations and the theoretical construction of its realization path are constructed. It can be said that under the guidance of Marx's historical materialism, especially Marx's theory of world history, General Secretary Xi Jinping not only profoundly reveals the essence of civilization and the interrelationship between different civilizations from the combination of history and reality. Moreover, it reveals the historical inevitability and realistic possibility of civilization mutual learning from the level of social basic contradiction movement and its law, and its path and method, which not only fully embodies the high unity of regularity and purpose, And for the development and progress of human civilization pointed out the direction of progress. It not only has important theoretical academic value, but also has important practical significance. If its theoretical value is embodied in the inheritance, enrichment and development of Marx's historical materialism view of scientific civilization, and in its response and transcendence to the theory of the relationship of civilization represented by the theory of clash of civilizations, then, Its practical significance is mainly embodied in three aspects: shaping the correct civilization view, maintaining the diversity of human civilization and responding to the new challenge of human civilization progress.
