可持续发展观的哲学阐释

【摘要】：可持续发展思想是人类理性对自身存在处境的深入思考,是对过去人类历史的反思、对当下生存状况的探索以及对未来发展前景的展望。面临这日趋严重的环境危机,面临着持续不变甚至倒退的持续恶化的发展环境,我们不得不需要对可持续发展做出深刻的反思。在现代性背景之下,越来越多的学者开始关注和研究可持续发展的问题,并提出了富有建设性的意见和见解。这些学者从生态角度、从经济角度、从社会发展角度对可持续发展问题进行解读,并希望找到一种理论上的支撑。本文试图从马克思主义哲学的视阈来深入挖掘可持续发展思想中的哲学内涵,从世界观和方法论层面对可持续发展的含义、可持续发展观的理论根源以及可持续发展在我国的实践与探索等问题进行思考。深入研究传统发展观的理论缺陷,揭示可持续发展的必要性,并希望能够更好的指导人们在社会实践中对可持续发展思想的把握。在可持续发展问题的研究中我们要认识到,可持续发展的出发点和最终落脚点都是人的发展。可持续发展观念是一个围绕人的一个科学理念,这就要求我们人作为实践的主体,贯彻好这一个发展观就需要我们人类科学实践。在实践中我们要处理好人与自然、人与人之间以及人与自身的关系。在实现可持续发展的过程中,我们既要重视人作为本体的价值也要重视人类整体利益的实现,最终才能实现人的全面发展。
[Abstract]:The thought of sustainable development is the reflection of human rationality on its existence situation, the reflection of the past human history, the exploration of the present living conditions and the prospect of future development. In the face of this increasingly serious environmental crisis and the persistent and even retrogressive deterioration of the development environment, we have to make a profound reflection on sustainable development. Under the background of modernity, more and more scholars begin to pay attention to and study the problem of sustainable development, and put forward constructive opinions and opinions. From the perspective of ecology, economy and social development, these scholars interpret sustainable development and hope to find a theoretical support. This paper attempts to dig into the philosophical connotation of sustainable development from the perspective of Marxist philosophy, and the meaning of sustainable development from the perspective of world outlook and methodology. The theoretical origin of the concept of sustainable development and the practice and exploration of sustainable development in China are considered. This paper deeply studies the theoretical defects of the traditional concept of development, reveals the necessity of sustainable development, and hopes to better guide people to grasp the idea of sustainable development in social practice. In the study of sustainable development, we should realize that the starting point and ultimate goal of sustainable development are human development. The concept of sustainable development is a scientific idea around human beings, which requires us to be the subject of practice, and to carry out this concept of development requires us to practice human science. In practice, we should deal well with the relationship between man and nature, between man and man, and between man and himself. In the process of realizing sustainable development, we should not only attach importance to the value of human being as the ontology, but also to the realization of the overall interests of human beings, and finally realize the all-round development of human beings.
