【摘要】：信任与信用是当今社会很多哲学家与思想家非常关注的问题,也是当今社会群体有所缺乏并应该加以注重的社会伦理道德行为。就如何运用现代的意识和科学的观点对信任与信用的思想重新进行深入的挖掘与探讨,以先秦儒家的信任观为出发点,对先秦儒家的代表著作《论语》中的38个“信”进行了提取与语义研究,认为对先秦儒家信任思想的研究必须同时兼顾“信任观”与“信用观”。先秦儒家强调“信”在个人道德中的重要地位,提出了一套综合的个体信用观,也提出了对国家信用的重视,同时也提出了谨慎的赋予信任的要求。回答了“信”在儒家道德中的地位不高的原因,并指出“信”是一种人人都应该实现且能够实现的基本道德。儒家的信用观与信任观镶嵌于人的基本道德中,在信任道德低靡、失信与“杀熟”行为膨胀的当代,儒家的信任观与信用观对当代的社会依然具有很重要的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Trust and credit is a problem that many philosophers and thinkers pay close attention to. It is also the social ethical behavior that the social groups lack and should pay attention to. How to use modern consciousness and scientific point of view to re-explore and probe into the thought of trust and credit, taking the pre-Qin Confucian concept of trust as the starting point, In this paper, 38 "Xin" in Analects of Confucius in Pre-Qin period are extracted and studied, and it is considered that the study of trust thought of pre-Qin Confucianism must take into account both "trust view" and "credit view" at the same time. Pre-Qin Confucianism emphasized the important role of "trust" in personal morality, put forward a set of comprehensive individual credit view, also put forward the importance of national credit, but also put forward the prudent requirement of giving trust. This paper answers the reason why "Xin" is not high in Confucian morality, and points out that "Xin" is a kind of basic morality that should be realized and can be realized by everyone. The Confucian concept of credit and trust is embedded in the basic morality of human beings. In the contemporary era when the trust morality is low, the behavior of dishonesty and "killing familiar" is expanding, the Confucian view of trust and trust still has very important reference significance to the contemporary society.
