【摘要】：黑格尔有句名言：哲学“是被把握在思想中的它的时代”。哲学作为时代精神的精华,必须反映自己时代的客观要求。随着知识经济的到来,实践创新日益成为知识经济时代占据主导地位的实践方式。什么是实践创新、实践创新的特征是什么、产生的根源是什么、内在结构由哪些要素构成、是怎样运行的、强化实践创新的路径是什么?这既是历史唯物主义所必须面对的重大理论课题,也是我国经济发展所面临的崭新实践课题。对这些问题进行较为系统的研究,既是坚持和发展马克思主义实践理论和人学理论的需要,也是更好地适应时代发展的需要。 本文坚持理论与实践相结合的研究方法,坚持历史与逻辑相统一的研究方法。以当前所处经济时代为背景,以实践创新为对象展开研究。本文首先考察了实践创新的内涵,阐明了实践创新的演进轨迹,分析了实践创新的内在结构。在此基础上,揭示了实践创新产生的根源和动因,并论述了影响实践创新的主观因素和客观条件。最后,结合当今时代的特点,提出了强化实践创新的路径。 本文从马克思主义人学的角度论证了实践创新产生的根源和强化实践创新的路径,是论文研究的创新之处。实践创新的根源是人的本质,正是这种人的更好生存的需求,为实践创新提供了广阔的空间；人的可能性本质,为实践创新提供了无限的可能性；竞争的压力激发人的创新意识,推动人们进行实践创新。而进行实践创新除了增强实践创新的意识和能力等主观因素外还需要创造外部环境,这也是提出强化实践创新路径的必要性。除此之外,本文对实践创新特征的概括,影响实践创新的主客观因素也是本文的新意所在。
[Abstract]:Hegel famously said, "philosophy is the era in which it is grasped in thought." As the essence of the spirit of the times, philosophy must reflect the objective requirements of its own times. With the arrival of knowledge economy, practical innovation has become the dominant practice mode in the knowledge economy era. What is practical innovation, what are the characteristics of practical innovation, what are the root causes, what are the elements of the internal structure, how to operate, and what is the path to strengthen practical innovation? This is not only the important theoretical subject that historical materialism must face, but also the new practical subject of our country's economic development. The systematic study of these problems is not only the need of adhering to and developing Marxist practical theory and human theory, but also the need of adapting to the development of the times. This paper adheres to the research method of combining theory with practice and the unity of history and logic. With the current economic era as the background, to practice innovation as the object of the study. This paper first examines the connotation of practice innovation, clarifies the evolution of practice innovation, and analyzes the internal structure of practice innovation. On this basis, it reveals the origin and motivation of practice innovation, and discusses the subjective factors and objective conditions that affect practice innovation. Finally, according to the characteristics of the times, the paper puts forward the path of strengthening practice innovation. This paper demonstrates the origin of practical innovation and the way of strengthening practical innovation from the angle of Marxist humanism, which is the innovation of this paper. The root of practical innovation is the essence of human being, which is the demand for better survival of human beings, which provides a broad space for practical innovation, the nature of human possibility provides unlimited possibilities for practical innovation. The pressure of competition stimulates people's consciousness of innovation and promotes people to carry out practical innovation. Besides the subjective factors, such as enhancing the consciousness and ability of practical innovation, we also need to create external environment, which is also the necessity of strengthening the path of practical innovation. In addition, this paper generalizes the characteristics of practical innovation and the subjective and objective factors that affect it.
