【摘要】：孔子人才观的核心价值取向具有丰富的内涵,具体包括以德为先、以学为本、以能为贤。在当今时代,我们更应该充分认识到,孔子人才观是中华优秀传统文化的精髓,为高校人才培养提供启示、为社会用人标准提供借鉴、为人才管理体制提供思路。
[Abstract]:The core value orientation of Confucius' view of talent has rich connotation, including taking virtue as the first, learning as the basis, and ability as the virtuous. In the present era, we should fully realize that Confucius' concept of talent is the essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture, which provides inspiration for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities, a reference for the social employment standards, and a train of thought for the talent management system.
