论茅以升的工程思想——以钱塘江建桥为例

【摘要】：在钱塘江建桥过程中,茅以升给后人留下了富有中华文化特色的工程思想。他分身有术、配套成龙,组建了从建桥英才罗英到普通工人的优秀团队。他集思广益"取法乎上","勤于实践"勇于创新,以中国人的设计取代洋人的方案,主持我国第一座现代桥梁的施工。他"缓事急办",建桥育人,在钱塘江工地培育了一代桥梁精英;他"急事缓办",延缓炸桥,把大桥的使命发挥到极致。茅以升以哲人工程家的风范在我国桥梁史上谱写了新篇章。
[Abstract]:In the process of Qiantang River bridge construction, Mao Yisheng left behind the engineering thought with Chinese cultural characteristics. He has the skill, the complete set becomes dragon, formed from the bridge outstanding talent Luo Ying to the ordinary worker's outstanding team. He brainstormed "the method is above the top", "diligent in practice" brave to innovate, with the Chinese design to replace the plan of foreigners, presided over the construction of the first modern bridge in China. He built a bridge to educate people and cultivated a generation of bridge elites at the Qiantang River site, and he delayed the explosion of the bridge and brought the bridge's mission into full play. Mao Yisheng wrote a new chapter in the history of Chinese bridges with the style of philosopher and engineer.
