【摘要】：正 职称是由职务名称演化而成的一种学术、技术以及各类专业职级称号的统称。它只授予有专门知识和技术能力的人。我国现行的高校教师职称,是对高校教师在政治思想表现、学识水平、工作成绩、业务能力、工作态度和社会贡献(效益)等方面的综合评价。它既代表一个教师的资历、水平,又具有一定的荣誉性质,在某种意义上,也体现了一定的社会地位和被社会承认与尊重的程度。我国高校教师职称是在一定历史条件下形成的,沿革至今已有一百三十多年的历史。早在古代社会,我国的统治阶级就非常重视文化教育事业,专门制定了"视学""除弟子律"等教育管理制度和教育立法,设置了礼部、门下省、国子监、集贤院、翰林院和宗人府等教育管理机构,为国家贮集和培养人才。但这些制度和机构存在很大的局限性,那就是学堂设在官府,执教者由各类世职官吏和士绅充任,亦即"学在官府","以
[Abstract]:Professional title is a general name of academic, technical and various professional rank titles evolved from job names. It only grants professional knowledge and technical ability to people. The current academic titles of colleges and universities in China. It is a comprehensive evaluation of college teachers in the aspects of political and ideological performance, learning level, work achievement, professional ability, work attitude and social contribution (benefit). It represents the qualifications and level of a teacher. In a certain sense, it also reflects a certain social status and the degree of social recognition and respect. The professional title of teachers in colleges and universities in our country is formed under certain historical conditions.
