文章摘要:本文针对普通高中教育的特殊性,具体分析了普通高中教育现代化发展过程中存在的办学定位模糊、培养目标错位、政府导向偏差、办学模式单一以及校外资源渠道不畅等问题,探讨了普通高中教育现代化发展指标设计过程中的价值选择问题,并从学校发展方向的特色化与多样化、现代化的硬件与软件资源供给、教育过程中以育人为中心的教学-科研-管理变革、“学生-教师-学校”三位一体的效能指标以及构建“政府-社会-家庭”多元联动的支持系统等方面,构建了我国普通高中教育现代化发展指标体系的逻辑框架。
Abstr:This paper aims to develop a system of indicators. Based on the charactistics of high schools, we will analyze problems exist in current school work, they are the ambiguity of aims in school runing, the mis-definition of educational targets, the ill-administration from the government, the simplification in the model of school runing, and the lack of extra school support. Based on the analysis of these problems, the paper discusses the issue of value choices in designing the modernization indicators for high school. It is suggests that we should make a distinction between values. In the end, this paper will propose a system of evaluative indicators for the modernization of high school. This system takes the following factors into consideration, they are a combiniation of specialization and diversification, a provision of hardware and software. And the system will carry out a all-round reform in teaching, research and management. The performance indicators will be built on the evaluation of "student-teachers-school" and carried out by a joint efforts of "government-society-families".
