湖北省部分中学高考体育统招生文化学习与体育训练现状研究

【摘要】:我国由体育大国向体育强国迈进必然需要大量体育类专业的复合型人才资源支撑,高考体育生作为体育专业的复合型人才资源储备也越来越受到重视,其学习能力偏低,运动素质不能持续发展等问题也逐渐引起人们的关注。本研究的目的在于提高湖北省高考体育统招生的训练水平和文化课学习成绩,进一步解决湖北省高考体育统招生的训练、学习和考试中出现的问题。本文以近年来湖北省体育高考本科的录取情况为切入点,以湖北省高考体育统招生文化学习与体育训练现状为研究对象,在综合湖北省高考体育统招生面临的高考形势后,有目的的分析他们的学习、训练以及相关影响学习与训练的因素等。本研究综合运用了文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法以及数理统计法等研究方法。研究得出以下结论:(一)从湖北省高考体育统招生的考试与招生现状来分析:其一,近三年来湖北省体育高考报考人数逐年递减,而体育专业统招录取人数却逐年递增;其二,现阶段湖北体育高考术科考试方案设置科学,考察全面;其三,相关体育专业本科的录取难度相对整体本科录取的难度而言,难度较高。(二)从湖北省体育高考统招生的文化学习现状来看,湖北体育高考统招生的学习成绩处于整体高考生学习成绩的中下游水平;多数学生有愿意进步的强烈愿望,但是缺乏自主学习动力;教学组织形式以分散式上课为主,有利于文化课教学管理而不利于体育训练;大部分学生在文化课学习上都得不到或者很少得到文化课老师的关注与监督。(三)从湖北省体育高考统招生的体育训练现状可以看出,大多数人的训练时间在一年以内,训练专业化水平较低;大多数人的主要训练动机是想通过体育训练参加体育高考来进入大学,真正因热爱体育而参加训练的人并不多;大多数教练运动选材目的仅仅限制在适合应试教育的框架内。从训练的执行情况来看,部分负责体育训练的教师没有系统的训练计划;训练负荷较大且忽视疲劳后的积极恢复,而且部分学校的训练场地与器材也存在不足。(四)在分析湖北省高考体育统招生文化学习与体育训练之间的联系时发现:高考体育统招生文化学习与体育训练之间存在时间分配的矛盾、存在文化学习纪律与体育训练纪律之间的相悖,两者统一于成绩标准。根据以上结论得出以下建议:建议学校,教师与高考体育统招生都应该应该根据紧紧围绕湖北省高考体育统招生升学整体环境来制定和实施科学、有序的教学与训练方案;其次,要把协调文化课教师与高考体育统招生之间的关系作为提高高考体育统招生文化学习水平的突破口,也要注重高考体育统招生对于自身学习态度的要求;体育教师要把好选材关,注重运动伤病的防治。建议有关教育部门应加入考察柔韧素质等短期内训练提高不明显的素质测试;注重协调好好学习与训练间时间与精力分配的矛盾关系等。
