思想政治教育在处理中学校园突发事件中的作用及对策研究

【摘要】：中学阶段是我国素质教育的一个重要阶段,这个阶段的学生生理、心理的发展处于一个敏感又特殊的时期,他们的世界观、价值观也刚刚形成,自身抵御伤害的能力较弱,在面对突如其来的突发事件时,由于应对能力不足,很容易受到伤害。一方面,中学校园突发事件的发生会打乱教师和学生正常的教学、生活秩序,也会损害中学校园的形象和声誉；另一方面,突发事件的发生不仅对整个社会的政治、经济等领域带来意想不到的影响,更可能威胁到社会原本正确的价值观和行为准则,在一定程度上破坏安定和谐的局面。我们党和政府以及学校为此高度关注并出台了相应的方针政策和一系列法律措施,提出了解决中学校园突发事件的新思路,也颇有成效,但这些努力是远远不够的,还需要学校和社会从中学校园突发事件的本质中找到解决方法,采取有针对性的思想政治教育给中学生思想上的影响感召,协助他们提高自身保护的能力、进而很好地约束自己的行为。因此,加强应对中学校园突发事件的思想政治教育研究,具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义,能够为有效应对中学校园突发事件提供科学的指导方法,同时还能够丰富学校思想政治教育工作的相关理论。全文分为五个部分。第一部分是绪论,系统阐述了论题的研究背景和意义、国内外研究现状、采用的不同研究方法以及该论文的重难点和创新点,为后续研究做好铺垫；论文的第二部分重点论述了中学校园突发事件的内涵、类型和特点；第三部分别着重从内在因素(社会因素、学校因素、个人因素)方面分析导致中学校园突发事件发生的原因,为下文提出的解决对策指明了方向；第四部分析了思想政治教育在应对中学校园突发事件的不同时期起着不同的作用,即思想政治教育在突发事件发生之前具有导向、预防和教育的作用、思想政治教育在中学校园突发事件发生过程中具有激励、协调和稳定的作用、突发事件发生之后思想政治教育具有总结、整合和监督的作用。揭示了思想政治教育应对中学校园突发事件的重要性；最后一部分,论文根据思想政治教育作用于中学校园突发事件的基本原则,指出思想政治教育要从整体上作用于中学校园突发事件需要分为预防为主、合理控制和事后预防三个阶段,并针对不同阶段提出思想政治教育作用于中学校园突发事件的合理途径及有效方法的对策思考。
[Abstract]:The middle school stage is an important stage of quality education in our country. The development of students' physiology and psychology in this stage is in a sensitive and special period. Their world outlook and values have just formed, and their ability to resist harm is relatively weak.In the face of sudden emergencies, due to inadequate response capacity, vulnerable to injury.On the one hand, the occurrence of unexpected incidents on the campus of middle schools will disrupt the normal teaching and living order of teachers and students, and will also damage the image and reputation of the middle school campuses. On the other hand, the occurrence of emergencies will not only affect the politics of the whole society.Economic and other fields bring unexpected impacts, which may threaten the original correct values and codes of conduct of society, and undermine the stability and harmony to a certain extent.For this reason, our party, government and schools have paid close attention to and issued corresponding principles, policies and a series of legal measures, and put forward new ideas to solve the sudden incidents on the campuses of middle schools, which have been quite effective, but these efforts are far from enough.It is also necessary for schools and society to find solutions from the nature of emergencies in high school campuses, to adopt targeted ideological and political education to inspire middle school students' ideological influence, and to assist them in improving their ability to protect themselves.And then very well restrain oneself behavior.Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the research on ideological and political education to deal with the emergency on the campus of middle school, which can provide a scientific guidance method for dealing with the emergency on the campus of the middle school effectively.At the same time, it can enrich the relevant theories of ideological and political education in schools.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction, systematically elaborated the research background and significance of the topic, the domestic and foreign research status, the different research methods adopted, as well as the important difficulties and innovative points of the paper, to lay a good foundation for the follow-up research;The second part of the thesis focuses on the connotation, types and characteristics of the campus emergencies in middle schools, the third part focuses on the internal factors (social factors, school factors, etc.)Personal factors) analysis of the causes of secondary school campus emergencies, for the following proposed solutions to point out the direction; the fourth part of the analysis of ideological and political education in response to secondary school campus emergencies in different periods play different roles,That is, the ideological and political education has the function of guidance, prevention and education before the emergency, and the ideological and political education plays the role of encouragement, coordination and stability in the process of the emergency in the middle school campus.The ideological and political education has the function of summing up, integrating and supervising after the sudden events.The thesis reveals the importance of ideological and political education in dealing with campus emergencies in middle schools, and finally, according to the basic principles of ideological and political education acting on campus emergencies in middle schools,It is pointed out that the ideological and political education should be divided into three stages: prevention, reasonable control and afterwards prevention.At the same time, the paper puts forward the reasonable ways and effective methods of ideological and political education in the middle school campus emergency in the light of different stages.
