中学生大课间身体素质特色操创编研究

【摘要】:在“健康中国”大背景下,青少年身体素质却呈现持续下滑的状态,这使得可持续战略面临着了严峻的挑战。本文以发展青少年体质,将青少年全面发展的理论与实践相结合,坚持贯彻、落实《关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》的精神,综合考虑青少年身心发展特点和大课间体育活动身体锻炼状况,将创造性将身体素质与大课间体育活动、身体素质与特色操相结合,进行身体素质特色操的创编研究。将创造性思维融入于大课间体育活动中,这是全面实施素质教育和体育教学改革的要求。笔者通过归纳总结出影响大课间体育活动身体锻炼开展的主要因素:1)盲目求新,片面追求内容形式上的多样性;2)大课间体育活动组织形式单一;3)场地器材等利用不合理;4)大课间体育活动身体锻炼缺乏创新性。本文主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法以及数据统计法为身体素质特色操的创编与修改以及完善提供理论支撑和技术创新,结合大课间体育活动身体锻炼和中学生身体素质的状况,将身体素质(速度、力量、柔韧、耐力、灵敏)专项训练和中学生身心发展的特点、规律相结合,按照素质教育的要求和“健康第一”的指导思想,进行中学生大课间身体素质特色操的创编,并通过四轮专家的评审和成都体育学院举办的全国大课间操培训班平台的论证、推广与反馈,为中学生大课间身体素质特色操的科学性、合理性、实效性以及特色性提供了保障。研究表明:中学生大课间身体素质特色操符合中学生的身体发展特点、阳光体育发展的要求、促进身体素质提高的需要。在指导学校老师方面:应灵活运用,提高认识,转变观念;在练习学生方面:在练习中学生大课间身体素质特色操学习的过程中,应该注重对于其内在的知识、态度、以及动作技能的学习,将掌握的运动知识技能发展健康能力转变;在学校领导或负责部门方面:加强体育课程和教材的建设,中学生大课间身体素质特色操可以成为学校的校本课程范例,注重特色教材的补充和建设。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "healthy China", teenagers' physical quality is declining continuously, which makes the sustainable strategy face severe challenges. In order to develop the constitution of young people, combine the theory and practice of the all-round development of young people, persist in carrying out and implement the spirit of "opinions on strengthening the physical Fitness of teenagers". Considering the characteristics of teenagers' physical and mental development and the condition of physical exercise during the large class, the author combines the physical quality with the physical activity during the big class, and combines the physical quality with the characteristic exercise, and makes a research on the creation and compilation of the characteristic exercise of the physical quality. It is the requirement of carrying out the reform of quality education and physical education to integrate creative thinking into the sports activities between classes. By summing up the main factors that affect the development of physical exercise during the break, the author summarizes the blind novelty of the major factor: 1. The one-sided pursuit of diversity in content form (2) the single form of organization of large class sports activities (3) the use of unreasonable facilities and so on 4) the lack of innovation of physical exercise in large class sports activities. This paper mainly uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and data statistics to provide theoretical support and technical innovation for the creation, modification and improvement of physical fitness characteristic exercises. Combining the physical training of physical activities between major classes and the condition of middle school students' physical fitness, combining the special training of physical fitness (speed, strength, flexibility, endurance, agility) with the characteristics and laws of the physical and mental development of middle school students, In accordance with the requirements of quality education and the guiding ideology of "health first", we have created and compiled the physical fitness exercises of middle school students during the big class, and have passed the evaluation of four rounds of experts and the demonstration of the platform of the National Great School of physical Education training course held by Chengdu Institute of physical Education. The popularization and feedback provide the guarantee for the scientific, rational, effective and characteristic exercises of the physical quality of the middle school students. The research shows that the characteristic exercises of middle school students' physical fitness during the big class are in line with the characteristics of middle school students' physical development, the requirements of the development of sunshine sports, and the need to promote the improvement of physical quality. In guiding school teachers, we should use it flexibly, improve our understanding and change our concepts; in the practice of students, we should pay attention to their internal knowledge and attitude in the process of practicing students' physical fitness exercises during the big class. And the learning of motor skills, the transformation of the knowledge and skills to develop the healthy ability; in the school leadership or responsible departments: strengthen the construction of physical education curriculum and teaching materials, Middle school students' physical fitness exercises can become a school-based curriculum model and pay attention to the supplement and construction of characteristic teaching materials.
