城乡初中英语教师自我效能感对比研究

教师的自我效能感不仅能够解释教师的动机、影响教育教学工作的积极性,而且也密切地关系到学生的学习成绩。提高教师的教学效能感是学校教育发展过程中重要的环节之一。通过对英语教师自我效能感的研究,可以更好地理解教师对教学方法、教学技能的应用和对教学内容的把握等。本研究以昆明市为例,旨在回答以下问题:（1）城乡初中英语教师自我效能感的现状是什么?（2）城乡初中英语教师自我效能感之间的差异性是什么?（3）什么因素导致城乡初中英语教师自我效能感具有差异性?本研究调查了城乡109名初中英语教师,然后对调查问卷的有效数据进行SPSS的输入与分析,并通过对六名英语教师访谈回馈得到以下结论:第一,城市初中英语教师自我效能感的六个维度整体上处于中上水平,而农村初中英语教师自我效能的六个维度整体上处于中下水平。第二,城乡初中英语教师的自我效能感是具有差异性的,城市初中英语教师自我效能感的六个维度均高于农村初中英语教师。第三,研究发现影响城乡初中英语教师自我效能差异的因素包括以下几个方面:教师背景信息,教师专业素质,教学对象最终知识的反馈,以及第三方（除了教师本人和学生外）对教师教学效果的肯定和评价。本研究已经证...
