概念图策略在高中英语阅读教学中的应用研究

【摘要】：阅读是学生获取信息最重要的方式,也是英语教学的核心内容之一。随着教育改革的不断推进,新英语课程标准对学生和英语教师都提出了新的要求。然而,在当今的英语阅读教学中仍然存在着许多问题,因此,寻找一种新的有效方法来帮助学生进行阅读学习是十分必要的。概念图是一种知识与知识之间的关系的网络图形化表征,其作为一种有效地直观表征和组织知识的工具可以形象地呈现概念之间的意义命题关系。它建立在奥苏伯尔的有意义学习理论基础之上,作为一种有意义学习的策略被广泛地研究和应用着。概念图策略在高中英语阅读教学中的应用为教学内容的呈现提供了一种新方法。本研究旨在针对概念图策略在高中英语阅读教学中应用的有效性进行研究。本文主要探讨了:(1)概念图策略的应用是否有利于改变学生的阅读习惯;(2)概念图策略是否有利于提高学生的概括能力;(3)概念图策略是否有利于提高学生的阅读能力。本研究的实验对象为潍坊中学高二的两个全日制教学班级共109人,其中实验班55人,控制班54人。在实验过程中两班除了教学方法不同之外,其他教学因素均保持一致,即:在控制班,教师使用传统的语法翻译法进行教学。在实验班,教师使用概念图进行教学,并引导学生绘制概念图进行阅读,从而借助概念图的可视性实现对文章的整体理解。实验结果表明:首先,在运用概念图策略辅助阅读时运用多种阅读策略,并且在绘制概念图的过程中使学生对文章形成有层次的整体理解,从而有利于改变学生的阅读习惯。此外,学生在概括概念图中的关键概念及其之间的联系的过程中,其概括能力也得到了提高。第三,概念图策略能够提高学生的阅读能力。因此,概念图策略在高中英语阅读教学中有积极的作用。
