师范英语实习教师态度身份构建研究

近几年国家发布的一系列的文件中明确指出要促进教师队伍的发展。教师[2016]2号教育部《关于加强师范生教育实践的意见》的文件中指出在师范生的培养方案中要设置足量的教育实践课程,以教育见习、实习和研习为主要模块,构建全方位的教育实践内容体系。英语实习教师的身份构建对教师行业的发展起到至关重要的作用。国内外对于教师身份的研究已经取得可观的成就,但大部分研究都集中于在职教师,关于实习教师身份构建的相关研究数量有限。实习教师在教育实习中持有的态度,对于如何构建身份以及对未来身份的定位具有重要作用。本文以功能语言学中的评价理论为理论框架,运用定性和定量的研究方法,综合运用话语分析和半结构化式访谈的方法,对四位英语实习教师进行研究。研究发现:1)在实习教师的教学日志中,态度意义的分布情况并不均衡,其中情感资源中的高兴/不高兴意义,判断资源中的能力意义,鉴别资源中的反应意义等三种态度意义在各自的系统中占比最高;2)每个人判断资源的使用频次在评价系统中占比最高;3)在身份构建的过程中,四位实习教师都关注课堂上自己的能力表现与学生的反应情况,但他们在态度意义的使用上占比不同;4)四位实习教师使用不同的态...
