苗族高中生英语词汇学习策略调查研究

自上世纪七十年代以来,国内外学者就词汇学习策略展开了大量研究,尽管其中不少研究也涉及少数民族学生英语词汇学习策略,但关于苗族高中生英语词汇学习策略的研究却并不多见。因此,作者试图对苗族高中生英语词汇学习策略进行调查研究,有利于促进他们的英语词汇学习。黔东南州民族高级中学位于贵州省少数民族自治州,学生民族种类多样,尤其以苗族为主。在研究开始之前,作者到此进行实地走访,了解到该校大部分苗族学生英语词汇学习不尽人意,因此把该校的学生确定为研究对象。作者基于词汇学习策略分类标准设计英语词汇学习策略调查问卷和针对苗族学生和老师的访谈提纲。随后,225名苗族学生填写了调查问卷,会说苗语的英语教师和学生分别接受访谈。在征得研究对象的同意后,作者对访谈过程进行录音。通过使用Excel将每个问题的各个选项的人数比例进行计算得出数据,并将访谈录音内容转写成文字形式。通过分析数据和访谈内容,总结和得出研究结论。结果如下:首先,在英语词汇学习观念和英语词汇学习策略使用频率中体现出一些问题,大多数苗族高中生能够意识到英语词汇学习策略的重要性,并且尝试使用多种策略,包括母语策略、自我管理策略、自我评估策略、上下文...
