【摘要】：以对诊所学生和当事人赋能为目的的法律赋能诊所教育,在我国高校法学教育中呈快速发展的趋势。对该教学模式进行有效评价,必须充分考虑到教学主体、教学方式以及教学内容同传统的诊所式法律实践教学的区别。赋能特征是法律赋能诊所教育评价机制构建之基石。其评价机制应当以"两个中心主体、一个基本权能"为目标,以赋予学生能力、赋予当事人能力为维度,注重评价时机的适切性,细分各项内容的评价指标。
[Abstract]:It is a rapid development trend in the law education of colleges and universities in our country to give the legal education to the students and the litigants. To effectively evaluate this teaching mode, we must give full consideration to the difference between teaching subjects, teaching methods and teaching contents, as well as traditional clinical practice teaching. The feature of Fu is the cornerstone of the construction of the evaluation mechanism of the education in the clinic. The evaluation mechanism should take "two central subjects and a basic power and power" as the goal, focusing on the ability to give students and the ability of the parties, focusing on the appropriateness of the timing of evaluation, and subdividing the evaluation indicators of all contents.
