【摘要】：随着部分国家经济水平的不断提高,国家与国家之间的各种交流不断增多,因工作或者学习居留的外国人也越来越多。各个国家的法律对外国人法律地位的规定不同,因而对外国人的管理也不尽相同,但是各国在对外国人进行管理时必须遵守国际法的基本原则以及相关的国际惯例。内国法对外国人法律地位如何确定不仅关乎外国人在内国的利益,甚至会影响内国与外国的政治关系和经济往来。本文对外国人的法律地位及外国人法律地位的内容进行论述,简要分析了在我国境内的外国人法律地位的立法与实践,并明确外国人在华的法律地位,提出进一步完善涉及外国人法律地位的法律法规的建议,确保在华外国人的法律地位得到真实有效的保护。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the economic level of some countries, various exchanges between countries and countries are increasing, and more and more foreigners are staying because of work or study. The laws of different countries have different regulations on the legal status of foreigners, so the management of foreigners is also different. However, when they are managing foreigners, countries must abide by the basic principles of international law and related international practices. How the law of internal state determines the legal status of foreigners is not only related to the interests of the foreigners, but also to the political and economic relations between the internal and foreign countries. In this paper, the legal status of foreigners and foreigners in the legal status of the content discussed, a brief analysis of the legislation and practice of the legal status of foreigners in China, and clear the legal status of foreigners in China, and proposed to further improve the laws and regulations relating to the legal status of foreigners' suggestions, to ensure the legal status of foreigners in China to get real and effective protection the.
