青年法治思维培育探析

【摘要】：全面依法治国要求全社会养成法治思维的习惯。青年是祖国的未来.针对青年身心特点和其法治思维欠缺的现实,在其人生价值观形成的关键时期,加强青年法治思维培育是很有必要且具有重要的现实意义。针对青年法治思维培育中存在的亟待解决的问题,应采取培育宪法教育为主导的青年法治思维;建立青年法治宣传教育架构;把法治教育纳入国民教育体系,尤其是义务教育时期;精选青年法治培育的内容;大力开展法治文化生态环境建设;有效利用互联网资源与新媒体技术;关注特殊青年群体法治教育等多措并举的策略.以使青年养成法治思维.这不仅有助干增强其维权意识、促进其个人发展,而且还有助于全面推进依法治国,建成社会主义法治国家。
[Abstract]:Governing the country according to law in an all-round way requires the whole society to cultivate the habit of thinking under the rule of law. Youth are the future of the motherland. In view of the characteristics of the body and mind of the youth and the reality of their lack of legal thinking, the formation of their life values is a key period. It is necessary and important to strengthen the cultivation of young people's thinking on the rule of law. In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of youth's thinking of rule of law, we should adopt the cultivation of youth's thinking of rule of law, which is dominated by constitutional education. (B) establishing a framework for youth education on the rule of law; (B) to integrate the education of the rule of law into the national education system, especially during the period of compulsory education; Selecting the contents of young people's cultivation of the rule of law; Vigorously carry out the construction of the ecological environment of the culture of rule of law; Effective use of Internet resources and new media technology; Pay attention to the special youth groups such as the education of the rule of law and other strategies, so that young people develop the thinking of the rule of law. This not only helps to strengthen their awareness of rights, promote their personal development, but also contribute to the overall promotion of the rule of law. Build a socialist country ruled by law.
