全面推进依法治国的新起点

【摘要】：正四中全会决定指出,我们党高度重视法治建设。长期以来,特别是党的十一届三中全会以来,我们党深刻总结我国社会主义法治建设的成功经验和深刻教训,提出为了保障人民民主,必须加强法治,必须使民主制度化、法律化,把依法治国确定为党领导人民治理国家的基本方略,把依法执政确定为党治国理政的基本方式,积极建设社会主义法治,取得历史性成就。这个历史性的成就主要包含四个方面:一是中国特色社会主义法律体系已经形成,二是法治政府建设稳步推进,三是司法体制不断完善,四是全社会法治观念明显增强。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the CPC Central Committee decided to point out that our party attaches great importance to the building of the rule of law. Over a long period of time, especially since the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, our party has profoundly summed up the successful experience and profound lessons of building the socialist rule of law in China. In order to protect people's democracy, we must strengthen the rule of law, we must institutionalize and legalize democracy, and make the rule of law a basic strategy for the Party to lead the people to govern the country. The ruling by law is determined as the basic way for the party to govern the country and the government, and to actively build the socialist rule of law. This historic achievement mainly includes four aspects: first, the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics has been formed; second, the construction of the government ruled by law has been steadily advanced; third, the judicial system has been continuously improved. Fourth, the concept of the rule of law in the whole society has obviously strengthened.
