协同育人视角下的法学专业实践教学研究

【摘要】：法学是应用性很强的社会学科,法学教育离不开法律实践,实践教学是法学教育的重要教学环节。近年来,高校普遍加大对法学专业实践教学的改革力度,加强与企事业单位、公检法、律师事务所等法律实务部门的合作,推进协同育人,取得了一定成效,但仍存在不少问题。文章基于协同育人理念,审视法学专业实践教学的现状并剖析了成因,进而提出法学专业实践教学的创新路径。
[Abstract]:Law is a social subject with strong application, and law education can not be separated from legal practice. Practice teaching is an important teaching link in law education. In recent years, colleges and universities have generally strengthened the reform of practice teaching of law major and strengthened the reform with enterprises and institutions. The cooperation of law practice departments such as Public Security Bureau, Procuratorate, Court, Law firm and so on, has achieved certain results, but there are still many problems. Based on the concept of collaborative education, this paper examines the present situation of practice teaching of law major and analyzes the causes. And then put forward the innovative path of practice teaching of law major.
