国家治理需要法律和道德协同发力

【摘要】：法律和道德都具有规范社会行为、调节社会关系、维护社会秩序的作用,在国家治理中都有其地位和功能。一方面,道德使法律更善,增加了法律的德性;另一方面,法律使人们对待社会道德问题更加客观,增加了道德的理性。我们要一手抓法治、一手抓德治,实现法律和道德相辅相成、法治和德治相得益彰,推进国家治理现代化。
[Abstract]:Law and morality have the function of standardizing social behavior, regulating social relations and maintaining social order. On the one hand, morality makes the law better and increases the virtue of law; on the other hand, it has its status and function in the governance of the country. Law makes people treat social moral problems more objectively and increases moral rationality. We should grasp the rule of law on the one hand and rule by virtue on the other, so that law and morality complement each other, and rule by law and rule by virtue complement each other and promote the modernization of national governance.
