【摘要】：正中国特色社会主义法律体系基本形成,初步解决了我国无法可依的问题,但我们的立法工作远不比之前轻松。全国人大常委会委员长张德江在2015年9月7日广州召开的第二十一次全国地方立法研讨会上发表重要讲话,其中就强调指出,今后总的立法形势是,立法任务越来越重、立法要求越来越高、立法难度越来越大、立法节奏越来越快,要增强立法的及时性、系统性、有效性、针对性,今后要实现从有法可依到有良法可依的转变,因
[Abstract]:The legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been basically formed, which has preliminarily solved the problems that our country cannot rely on. However, our legislative work is far less relaxed than before. Zhang Dejiang, chairman of the standing Committee of the National people's Congress, delivered an important speech at the 21th National Local Legislative Seminar held in Guangzhou on September 7th 2015, in which he emphasized that. The overall legislative situation in the future is that the legislative tasks are becoming heavier and heavier, the legislative requirements are becoming more and more high, the legislative difficulties are becoming more and more serious, and the legislative rhythm is getting faster and faster. It is necessary to enhance the timeliness, systematization, effectiveness and pertinence of legislation. In the future, it is necessary to change from having laws to having good laws to follow.
