基于合作共赢的人力资本承诺出资制度设计——从“宝万之争”说起

【摘要】:本文通过对"宝万之争"案例的分析发现,导致该事件发生的根源在于缺乏各生产要素提供者合作共赢的制度。为此,作者针对人力资本出资环节、生产要素运营环节、经营成果分享环节、生产要素退出环节,设计了基于合作共赢的人力资本承诺出资制度。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the case of "Baowan's contention", it is found that the root cause of this event lies in the lack of a win-win system of cooperation among the producers of various factors of production. Therefore, aiming at the link of human capital contribution, production factor operation, business achievement sharing and production factor withdrawing, the author designs the investment system of human capital commitment based on win-win cooperation.
