【摘要】：哲学是文化之母,文明之基。马克思主义法哲学中国化现代化大众化既是中国社会从人治走向法治的阶段性成果,又是“全面推进依法治国”的必然要求和重要内容。在党的十八大精神指引下,马克思主义法哲学中国化现代化大众化的内涵和外延是马克思主义原创性法哲学、中国传统法哲学和自然法哲学三者相互作用于走向现代文明中国的科学理性选择。
[Abstract]:Philosophy is the mother of culture and the basis of civilization. The modernized popularization of the modernized Chinese philosophy of Marx's law is not only the result of Chinese society from the rule of man to the rule of law, but also the inevitable requirement and important content of "promoting the rule of law in an all-round way". Under the guidance of the eighteen spirit of the party, the modernized modernization of the Chinese philosophy of Marx's law is popularized. The connotation and extension are the original philosophy of Marx's doctrine, the Chinese traditional law philosophy and the natural law philosophy three interact on the scientific rational choice of the modern civilization China.
