略论唐朝自首制度的特点与影响

【摘要】：唐朝自首制度具有鲜明的特点,制度规范,将"重思想、轻行为"作为重要原则,体现了礼法结合的特点。唐朝自首制度对维护唐朝统治与后世封建立法产生了重大影响,对健全和完善我国现行的自首制度亦具有启示意义。
[Abstract]:The system of voluntary surrender in Tang Dynasty is characterized by its distinctive characteristics and norms. It regards "attaching importance to thought and neglecting behavior" as an important principle, which embodies the characteristics of the combination of etiquette and law. The system of surrender of the Tang Dynasty had a great influence on the maintenance of the rule of the Tang Dynasty and the feudal legislation of later generations, and also had an enlightening significance for perfecting and perfecting the present system of surrender in our country.
