略论尚书郎对两晋南朝法制建设的贡献

【摘要】：对两晋南朝时期尚书郎的研究已有一定成果,但对其在法制建设方面的贡献研究仍有不足,在了解两晋南朝尚书郎的基础之上,对尚书郎的法制职能和法制贡献作出探讨,以更完全地把我尚书郎在古代法制建设进程中的重要作用。
[Abstract]:Some achievements have been made in the study of Shang Shulang in the Southern and Jin dynasties, but the research on his contribution to the construction of the legal system is still insufficient. On the basis of understanding the Shang Shu Lang in the Southern Jin Dynasty, the author probes into the legal function and contribution of the Shang Shu Lang. In order to more completely our Shang Shu Lang in the ancient legal system construction process important role.
