全面推进法制改革,加快法治中国建设——十八届三中全会精神的法学解读

【摘要】：有关法制改革和法治中国建设的思想和部署,是十八届三中全会的精华之一。从法学角度解读可以发现,十八届三中全会对我国法制改革和法治建设作出了全面的战略部署,包括:在全面深化改革中提升法治话语和法治理念,在全面深化改革中同步实施法制改革,在全面深化改革中加快推进法治中国建设。
[Abstract]:The thought and arrangement of the reform of legal system and the construction of China ruled by law are the quintessence of the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. From the perspective of law, we can find that the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has made a comprehensive strategic plan for the legal system reform and the construction of the rule of law in China, including: to promote the discourse of the rule of law and the concept of the rule of law in the comprehensive deepening of the reform. We should simultaneously implement the legal system reform while deepening the reform in an all-round way, and speed up the construction of China under the rule of law in the process of deepening the reform in an all-round way.
