[Abstract]:The process of governing the country according to law in China is synchronized with the great course of reform and opening up. It is not only the important content and achievement of the latter, but also the impetus and support from the reform and opening up. In this era of globalization, "no country can pursue development under closed conditions, nor can it close the door to the rule of law." To push forward the rule of law under the open conditions not only challenges the advancement of China's rule of law, but also provides the conditions of strength. In the past 30 years, the opening to the outside world has had a positive impact on the construction of the rule of law in at least three aspects. First of all, the more open the field, the more the construction of the rule of law is promoted.
