【摘要】：在长期历史发展过程中,蒙古族人民对环境生活经验的日渐累积,形成了蒙古族环境习惯法,其内容非常丰富,成为蒙古族聚居地区生态环境法制的重要根基。蒙古族环境习惯法经过"约孙"时期、阶级时期的发展,在当前蒙古族聚居地区人们的生活中仍然发挥着作用,但随着蒙古族聚居地区现代化的深入,蒙古族环境习惯法的发展存在着困境,需要从多个层面推进蒙古族环境习惯法现代化发展。
[Abstract]:In the long historical development process, the Mongolian people gradually accumulated the environmental life experience, formed the Mongolian environmental customary law, its content is very rich, becomes the Mongolian settlement area ecological environment legal system important foundation. Through the period of "Jusun" and the development of the class period, the environmental customary law of the Mongols still plays a role in the life of the people living in the areas inhabited by the Mongolians at present, but with the deepening of the modernization of the areas inhabited by the Mongolians, There are difficulties in the development of Mongolian environmental customary law, so it is necessary to promote the modernization of Mongolian environmental customary law from many aspects.
