唐人诗文中的法观念

【摘要】：唐人诗文中蕴藉着丰富的法观念,通过发掘唐人诗文中的法观念,我们可以直接体会到这一时期法制的律动,进而深化对唐朝法制的理解。以诗证史、诗史互证必须了解作者及其所处的时代背景,知人论世,才能凭借个性化的诗文求得艺术真实和法律真实。在文学研究上,"文学中的法律"可以拓宽文学研究的视野,追求文本中的诗性正义;在法学研究上,以诗文证法史可以独辟蹊径,发掘丰富的法学内容。
[Abstract]:By exploring the concept of law in the poems of the Tang Dynasty, we can directly understand the rhythm of the legal system in this period, and then deepen the understanding of the legal system of the Tang Dynasty. In order to obtain the artistic truth and the legal truth with the help of the individualized poetry and prose, the author and the background of the times must be understood and the world should be discussed by means of the history of poetry and the mutual verification of the history of poetry. In the study of literature, "Law in Literature" can broaden the field of vision of literary research and pursue poetic justice in the text, while in the study of law, the history of proving law of poetry and prose can be used to find out the rich contents of law.
