二战后美国联邦政府教师教育立法演变及影响——从《国防教育法》到《高等教育机会法》

【摘要】：二战后,为了推动基础教育发展,美国联邦政府通过系列立法促进了教师教育改革。在这些法案的制定、修订、实施过程中,美国强调联邦政府在教师教育中的作用,关注对法律修订促进教师教育改革,重视教师教育法律条款实施的绩效,着重通过教师教育减少教育不公平,注重以资助方式推动相关法律实施。
[Abstract]:After World War II, in order to promote the development of basic education, the United States federal government through a series of legislation to promote teacher education reform. In the process of making, revising and implementing these bills, the United States emphasizes the role of the federal government in teacher education, pays attention to the law revision to promote the teacher education reform, and pays attention to the performance of the implementation of the provisions of the law on teacher education. Emphasis is placed on reducing educational inequities through teacher education and promoting the implementation of relevant laws by means of financial assistance.
