[Abstract]:The reform of procurator's responsibility system for handling cases is of great significance to the success or failure of procuratorial reform. It is of great significance to optimize the disposition of procuratorial powers, improve the efficiency of procuratorial work and realize judicial justice. As the birthplace of modern procuratorial system, France has developed the responsibility system of procurator case handling for a long time, and the system has become more and more mature and stable, and has formed a unique mode of operation. The institutional characteristics and practical rationality of the French prosecutor's case handling responsibility system provide a study sample and reference basis for the reform of the procurator's case handling responsibility system in our country. First, the main functions and powers of French prosecutors are in France, the procuratorial organs are not set up separately, but they practice the unification of trial and inspection. In fact, the procuratorial organs and the courts in the offices are not between the procuratorial organs and the courts.
