[Abstract]:On the morning of April 6, Professor Chen Guangzhong, a tenured professor, doctoral tutor and honorary president of the Institute of procedural Law of the China University of political Science and Law, was interviewed by our reporter at Chunyin Garden in Beijing. Professor Chen Guangzhong is a famous jurist in our country. He is a pioneer and one of the important founders of criminal procedure law in New China. He has long devoted himself to the study of criminal procedure law, the law of evidence, the history of China's judicial system and international criminal human rights law, in order to train senior legal talents. To develop the jurisprudence of procedural law, especially the law of criminal procedure, to reform and perfect China's criminal justice system, to strengthen the protection of human rights in criminal justice, and to launch domestic and foreign litigation
