热点案件报道的技巧和策略

【摘要】：随着我国司法进一步加大公开力度,案件报道正日益成为媒体关注热点。媒体与司法的"亲密接触"使媒体和司法不断擦出"火花",因而二者都在找寻独立行使并和谐相生的权利边界。本文通过对几个司法热点案件报道的分析,探讨媒体在案件报道中如何更好地发挥舆论监督的作用,同时又不僭越司法审判权力的技巧和策略。
[Abstract]:As our country's judiciary further increases its openness, The case report is increasingly becoming the focus of media attention. The "close contact" between the media and the judiciary makes the media and the judiciary sparkle constantly, so both of them are looking for the independent exercise and harmonious boundary of rights. Analysis of the reports of several hot judicial cases, This paper probes into how the media can play a better role in the supervision of public opinion in the case report, and at the same time, it also discusses the skills and tactics of not violating the judicial power.
