【摘要】：对在职监狱警察进行培训是世界各国提高监狱警察队伍素质的普遍做法。升级在职监狱警察培训模式,倡导在职监狱警察培训的现代化、科学化理念,打造坚实的培训基地,优化培训内容和形式,从而实现按需培训、学以致用的培训目标。
[Abstract]:It is a common practice to improve the quality of prison police in the world.We should upgrade the training mode of on-the-job prison police, advocate the modernization and scientific concept of on-the-job prison police training, create a solid training base, optimize the training content and form, so as to realize the training goal of on-demand training and applying learning to practical use.
