修改后刑诉法视野下的监所检察

【摘要】：监所检察工作是检察机关法律监督工作的重要组成部分,主要职能是对刑罚执行和监管活动进行监督,以实现维护刑罚执行的公平公正、维护监管秩序稳定、维护被监管人合法权益的有机统一。修改后刑诉法给监所检察工作增加了新职责、明确了新任务,也提出了新的要求。为更好地揭示监所检察工作面临的新情况,应对刑诉法修改给监所检察工作带来的新挑战,本刊特邀请专家学者,对修改后刑诉法背景下的监所检察工作进行探讨。
[Abstract]:The procuratorial work of the prison is an important part of the legal supervision of the procuratorial organs.
