检察院监所动态管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：十一世纪是一个信息技术迅速发展的时期。这当中,互联网技术的推广与应用表现得尤为突出,许多国家和地区政府开始越来越关注电子政务,政府信息化也成为全世界社会现代化发展趋势。为了顺应这种形势,检察院工作也要加强信息化建设,否则将不能履行好保障社会主义现代化建设的责任。监所管理是检察院工作的一项必不可少的重要组成部分,监所管理系统的研究对推进检察信息化有着积极的意义。本文结合作者本人的实际工作需求,对检察院监所管理系统进行设计与实现,使监所管理工作从传统手工模式中解脱出来,从而为整个检察信息化建设工作的实现贡献一点力量。本文分析和设计的这个简单实用的检察院监所动态管理系统,是为了提出一个符合检察院需求的监所动态管理系统解决方案。本文在对监所动态管理系统的背景和意义进行阐述,并分析了监所管理系统的研究现状和应用前景的基础上,结合检察院监所工作的实际情况,对系统的业务、功能、数据以及系统稳定性、安全性等方面需求进行具体的分析,形成了监所动态管理系统的需求分析报告。在此基础上,依据软件工程设计原则,设计了监所动态管理系统的总体架构,对系统的安全认证子系统、人犯管理子系统、综合管理子系统、日志审计子系统和报表子系统进行了总体设计,并对所使用的数据库进行了规划,给出了一个基于USB加密狗的安全认证解决方案。之后,本文重点对安全认证子系统、人犯管理子系统以及报表子系统三个重要子系统的详细设计进行了介绍,对其中的关键实现进行了描述,并通过伪代码、流程图以及表格等多种形式进行了展现,介绍了系统的实现情况。整个设计过程采用uML对系统进行建模。最后是对本文的总结和下一步工作的展望。
[Abstract]:The eleventh century was a period of rapid development of information technology. Among them, the promotion and application of Internet technology is particularly prominent, many countries and regions began to pay more and more attention to e-government, government informatization has become the trend of social modernization in the world. In order to comply with this situation, the procuratorate should also strengthen the construction of information, otherwise, it will not be able to fulfill the responsibility of ensuring socialist modernization. The management of a prison is an indispensable and important part of the work of the procuratorate, and the study of the management system of the institution has a positive significance in promoting procuratorial informatization. According to the author's actual work demand, this paper designs and implements the management system of the procuratorate's prison, so that the management of the procuratorate can be freed from the traditional manual mode. Thus for the entire procuratorial information construction work to contribute a little strength. This paper analyzes and designs this simple and practical dynamic management system of procuratorate prison, in order to put forward a solution of dynamic management system of procuratorate which accords with the demand of procuratorate. In this paper, the background and significance of the dynamic management system of the prison are expounded, and the research status and application prospect of the management system in the prison are analyzed, combined with the actual situation of the work of the procuratorate, the business and function of the system are analyzed. The data, system stability, security and other requirements are analyzed concretely, and the requirement analysis report of the dynamic management system is formed. On this basis, according to the principle of software engineering design, the overall structure of the dynamic management system of the prison is designed, the safety authentication subsystem, the human offense management subsystem, the comprehensive management subsystem of the system are designed. The log audit subsystem and report subsystem are designed, and the database used is programmed. A security authentication solution based on USB encryption dog is presented. After that, this paper mainly introduces the detailed design of three important subsystems, namely, security authentication subsystem, human offense management subsystem and report subsystem, and describes the key implementation of the subsystem, and passes the pseudo code. Flow charts and tables are presented, and the implementation of the system is introduced. The whole design process uses uML to model the system. The last part is the summary of this paper and the prospect of the next work.
