【摘要】：正2014年12月28日,全国第一个跨行政区划检察院——上海市检察院第三分院(以下简称"上海三分院")在原上海铁路运输检察分院的基础上挂牌成立。一年多来,上海三分院在试点中实践,在实践中思考,我们认为,"特在何处""跨到哪里"是跨行政区划检察院的最根本问题。一、凝聚共识,勇敢肩负起跨行政区划检察院改革历史使命上海三分院一成立,围绕"新建院""改革院"的特征,从全面推进依法治国的战略高度深刻认
[Abstract]:On December 28, 2014, the first cross-administrative procuratorate, the third Branch of Shanghai Municipal Procuratorate (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai third Branch"), was established on the basis of the former Shanghai Railway Transport Procuratorate. Over the past year or so, the third Branch of Shanghai has been practicing and thinking in practice. We think that "where is the special place" and "where to go" is the most fundamental problem for the procuratorate of cross-administrative divisions. First, gather consensus, bravely shoulder the historic mission of cross-administrative procuratorate reform, set up Shanghai's three branches and set up, around the characteristics of "new courtyard" and "reform court", and recognize deeply from the strategy of comprehensively advancing the rule of law.
