我国法官权利保障的完善

【摘要】：法官权利保障是人民法官得以正常履行职责之基本前提,也是我国目前正在进行的司法体制改革需要认真解决的一个重要问题。要完善我国法官权利保障,则必须要从我国的实际情况出发,结合我国的政治、经济、社会发展的实际水平,从法官独立审判权利、法官身份权利、法官经济权利、法官特别权利等几个方面切实构建我国法官权利保障体系,从而促进法官廉洁勤政、秉公执法和吸引优秀人才从事法官职业、稳定法官队伍。
[Abstract]:The guarantee of the rights of judges is the basic prerequisite for the normal performance of the people's judges. It is also an important problem to be solved in the reform of the judicial system in our country. To improve the protection of the rights of the judges in our country, we must proceed from the actual situation in our country and combine the actual level of the political, economic and social development of our country, From the judges' right of independent trial, the right of the judge, the judge's economic rights and the special rights of the judges, the system of the guarantee of the right of judges in our country is constructed so as to promote the judge to be honest and diligent, to enforce the law impartially and to attract the outstanding talents to engage in the judges' profession and to stabilize the judge's ranks.
