【摘要】：正2005年《公司法》的修订,是对原公司法的充实和完善,是对公司法的一次改革,是全面性、根本性的大修大改。新公司法在公司治理方面有了重大的新增和调整内容,特别显著的是对监事会的职权和作用有了不少的增加与强化,成为修订后公司法的最大亮点之一。
