【摘要】：正 初级会计资格考试《经济法基础》这门课程,主要考核考生在会计工作中应掌握的基本经济法规和税收法规。这些法规主要包括企业法、公司法、合同法、会计法、流转税和所得税法律制度、税收征管法、金融法律制度等。通过对过去几年的《经济法基础》考试情况进行分析,可以了解命题规律,掌握重点,把握考点,为复习考试打好坚实的基础。 近年来,初级会计技术资格考试《经济法基础》这门课,其考试题目出现明显的规律性,主要表现在:
[Abstract]:This course mainly assesses the basic economic regulations and tax laws that examinee should master in accounting work. These laws mainly include enterprise law, company law, contract law. Accounting law, turnover tax and income tax legal system, tax collection and management law, financial law system, etc. Through the analysis of the past few years "Economic Law Foundation" examination situation, we can understand the rule of proposition and grasp the key points.
