新《公司法》下“一元公司”诚信体系建设分析

【摘要】：在2014年3月1日颁布的新《公司法》中,关于取消实缴确认认缴制的规定以及取消注册资本的规定等法律内容,让我们开始担忧新出现的"一元公司"的诚信问题给市场社会带来的影响,新法的颁布也让社会诚信体系建设迫在眉睫。文章通过分析"一元公司"诚信现状,以及从公司自身的发展、市场经济秩序和社会公众的利益三个方面论证"一元公司"诚信体系建立的必要性,最后对"一元公司"建立诚信体系提出几点建议。
[Abstract]:In the new Company Law, promulgated on March 1, 2014, the provisions on the abolition of the system of confirmed subscription and the cancellation of the provisions on registered capital, etc., Let us start to worry about the new "one dollar company" of the integrity of the impact on the market society, the promulgation of the new law also makes the construction of social integrity system imminent. This paper analyzes the present situation of "one dollar company" credit, and demonstrates the necessity of establishing "one dollar company" credit system from three aspects: the development of the company itself, the order of market economy and the interests of the public. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the establishment of integrity system in one Yuan Company.
