【摘要】：《公司法》框架体系内,经济特异性与组织独立性特点研究的开展,是当前公司法制管理研究的主要内容。本文以二者概念、异同性为研究切入点,利用公司经营实践分析,开展了专项研究工作。这一研究的开展,可以为公司管理发展与创新提供支持。
[Abstract]:In the framework of Company Law, the research on the characteristics of economic specificity and organizational independence is the main content of the current research on the legal management of companies.
