股权改制与创新驱动齐头并进

【摘要】：正南通四建的改革涉及股权结构、产权制度、组织架构等各方面,历经十余年,一共走过了五大步。其中,2006年的股权流转机制是独具南通四建特色的。它开创了改制企业机制创新的先河,从根本上解决了改制企业能否长久发展的问题。这是对《公司法》股权流转规定的实践诠释,也是《公司法》的一大补充,更为全行业乃至全国的企业改制指明了一条出路,具有创新指导意义。
[Abstract]:Nantong's reform involves ownership structure, property right system, organizational structure and so on. After more than ten years, it has gone through five big steps. Among them, the equity circulation mechanism in 2006 is unique Nantong four-building characteristics. It opens the way for the innovation of the mechanism of the reformed enterprises, and solves the problem of whether the reformed enterprises can develop for a long time. This is a practical interpretation of the regulations on the circulation of shares in the Company Law, and is also a major supplement to the Company Law. It also points out a way out for the reform of enterprises in the whole industry and even in the whole country, and has innovative guiding significance.
