《中华人民共和国公司法》中国投资指南网站英译本的启示

　　随着经济全球化的到来和中国加入世界贸易组织,我国同世界各国间的在政治、文化、经济、法律等诸方面进行更全面更深入的交流与合作。随着中外法律交流日益频繁,一方面我们需要借鉴国外的立法经验和立法技术,另一方面我们也需要向世界介绍我国的立法建设状况,以期在多方位的同国际接轨,进一步促进我国的民主法制建设和市场经济的发展,因此法律文本的翻译愈显重要。《公司法》的英译本不仅有助于树立我国法律的国际形象,而且有助于国外投资者了解和熟悉我国的市场经济体制和现代企业制度,以及实行公司制的法律依据和法律保障；有助于规范外国公司的分支机构的组织行为,保护其合法权益。因此,《公司法》的英译本不仅具有学术意义,而且有利于吸引外资,加强对外经济合作。赖斯提出,文本类型会影响译者翻译策略的选择,本论文在赖斯的文本类型分类指导下,通过对《中华人民共和国公司法》英译本的分析,分析的英译本的功能特征,指出法律文本属于信息类文本,忠于原文是法律翻译的首要原则。本论文选择中华人民共和国商务部外商投资网站（见http://www.fdi.gov.cn/pub/FDI_EN/Laws/law_e
